Very few details on this one, but we do know it was specially built for Sophia Loren. Not many pictures around but it is thought to be the car in the back ground of this shot taken at the factory showing a production kit.
Reportably ordered by Sophia Loren to carry here dogs around. It did have a barrier between the cargo area and the rear seat.
