Vehicle History:

I had heard about this conversion for some time, but have only recently found some pictures of it in a German Mercedes-Benz Club magazine. The article was about all of the various custom conversions done from the mid 50's thru to the end of the 70's.

It is certainly a Crayford conversion as you can see the Crayford badge on the rear panel and it has the somewhat traditional Crayford step in the tailgate.
